Rice vermicelli is a thin noodle (thinner than rice noodle in “Phở”). At Co Do, we usually serve it in a bowl together with variation of pork, beef , shrimp, deep fried spring roll. By default, it also comes with vegetables such as bean sprout, lettuce and carrot; although you can ask for additional steam vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and carrot. Popular items in this section include #25E (spring roll, pork and shrimp), 29A (chicken and spring roll). We also have rice vermicelli served with curry (#30D) and lemon grass (#30C) sauces.
