“Phở” (pronounced /ˈfʌ/) is the famous Vietnamese soup. It is served as a bowl of white rice noodles in clear beef broth, with thin cuts of beef. Variations featuring tendon, tripe, meatballs, chicken leg, chicken breast are also available. At Co Do, we are famous for the Sate Pho Soups (more information about “sate” sauce is in the FAQ section) and they are the most popular items here (#14, #16 and #16A). In fact, so many people like the sate sauce that we are usually being asked to add it to other soups (for an extra 50 cents). You should try it for yourself.
