Originally a Cambodian soup (called “Kuyteav”), “Hủ Tiếu” usually consists of rice or egg noodles and pork broth, among other ingredients such as shrimp, vegetable, pork and wonton. Popular items include the special (#17 or #19), chicken and vegetable (#18A) as well as the wor wonton. Although not strictly belong to this section, “Hue” styled beef noodle soup (#23) is also served with the same broth. However you should be careful because it is the most spicy one in our menu (tasted different from the “sate”, and is spicier). Similiarly, items #24 and #24A are not called “Hu Tieu” (as they are not soup), they are added in this section for a different reason.
